Dr. Christoph Strelczyk

Dr. Christoph Strelczyk advises on real estate law, in particular real property and commercial tenancy law as well as real estate transactions.

Another main focus of his work is ESG regulation at national and European level, particularly on sustainable funds, the EU taxonomy and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). His clients include institutional investors and portfolio holders, project developers and family offices.

After completing his legal studies, doctorate and legal clerkship in Munich and London, Dr. Christoph Strelczyk initially gained experience in major international law firms in the areas of corporate/M&A and capital markets law before working for a leading German law firm in real estate law for over 12 years, where he also built up its real estate-related sustainability practice. Dr. Christoph Strelczyk has been a partner with HUTH DIETRICH HAHN since 2024.

Dr. Christoph Strelczyk is a regular speaker and lecturer on ESG regulatory issues, including at the German Property Federation (ZIA).
