Our core activity is the transaction business. We focus on corporate transactions, real estate transactions and financings with national and cross-border implications. With a high level of consulting commitment and market-renowned efficiency, our advice covers all transaction phases from the initiation (letter of intent), through due diligence and subsequent contract negotiations, to the closing. We advise national and international, strategic and financial investors as well as in the venture and start-up sector on the acquisition and sale of companies, the formation and structuring of companies and innovative business forms as well as the reorganization of companies including carve-outs, MBO's, MBI's, strategic alliances as well as joint ventures.

In the area of real estate transactions, we advise on asset and share deals including portfolio transactions, real estate joint ventures, tenders, project developments and sale and lease back structures.

In addition to corporate and real estate law, our transaction expertise includes acquisition finance and financing in all asset classes (in particular rail, container and real estate) as well as support for mezzanine financing structures, especially in the area of providing and raising capital in real estate.
