a. Visiting our Website
When visiting our website https://www.hdh.net/ certain data is sent to our website server by the browser used on your terminal device automatically. Said personal data includes all information that you provide us with as part of your request (e.g. you name) as well as communication metadata (e.g. you email address and time of communication). The legal basis for this processing of personal data is our legitimate interest in answering your request as per Article 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Having contacted us proactively, it is not apparent that this would conflict with your interests.

If the subject of your request is an application for a position advertised on our careers page (https://www.hdh.net/en/career/), we will process your data exclusively to handle your application. 5. Data security
We use common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) methods with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. Usually this is a 256 bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we will use 128-bit v3 technology instead.
