Johanna Ortkemper has been an attorney at HUTH DIETRICH HAHN since 2026, advising national and international clients on corporate law, M&A transactions, and litigation.

Johanna Ortkemper grew up in Lippstadt and studied law at the University of Hamburg. During her studies, she already gained experience at an international commercial law firm. She completed her legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Hamburg, with placements in the Chamber for Commercial Matters, the Ministry of Economics, Labor and Innovation, as well as an internationally oriented commercial law firm and a boutique firm specialising in corporate law, M&A, and litigation.
